Nike Company Store access for Milltown coaches

Posted on by

From Saturday, August 22, through Sunday, September 13, Milltown volunteers can access the Nike Company Store and receive 40% off most merchandise! The Nike Company Store is located at 3485 SW Knowlton Road in Beaverton, very close to the Tektronix campus and the turf field where our Micros teams play.

For complete details including hours, sale limitations, and other important rules, please read this flyer carefully before you visit the store. Don’t forget that you will need to bring a government-issued ID.

Please note that this pass is only available for Milltown volunteers, not all Milltown families. Nike will check your ID against a list of names we have provided. We look forward to sharing other discounts throughout the year for the entire Milltown community.

Looking for soccer-fan friends to watch World Cup games with? Milltown volunteer coach Myles Debski is also President of American Outlaws Portland, a US Soccer supporter group, which will be gathering to cheer on the USA downtown at The Independent! He writes:

AO Members will get priority seating, but all are welcome! If you are bringing the kiddos – you must show up at least 30 minutes before kickoff. We will fill up.

Anheuser-Busch, Truly, and US Soccer will be onsite featuring some activities and giveaways. We also have official drink collabs with Victor 23 Brewing and Mela Cider. And don’t forget The Independent’s brand new food menu – so good!

Over 30 TVs, including huge projector, 20 taps, full bar, kid friendly – come cheer with the Outlaws this Summer.

Friday, 6/19 USA v Australia 12pm
Thursday, 6/25 USA v Turkiye 7pm

UK International Soccer will be running soccer camps in our area again this summer. To help bring kids together with other players from their fall and spring soccer teams, they match certain weeks/locations with different local soccer clubs. The Milltown United camp week will be August 3-7 at Powerlines Park!

There are options for a morning session, afternoon session, or full day camp. Registration is open now on their website.

Why choose UK International Soccer Camps?
✅ Flexible scheduling with multiple session times
✅ Tailored, age-appropriate curriculum
✅ Emphasis on player development + FUN
✅ Free giveaways for all campers
✅ Individual player evaluations
✅ All Camps have their very own 2026 Soccer World Cup!!!

This is more than just a soccer camp — it’s a full experience that your child will love and grow from.

We celebrated all our volunteer coaches with an end-of-season party last weekend at Old Market Pub and Brewery. Thanks to everyone who volunteered this fall! The entire Milltown board, as well as the over-800 kids who played in our club this season, really appreciate your time and effort.
