Spring 2021 Registration is open
Posted Dec 30, 2019

Milltown's Spring 2021 Season is Open
The season is modified, please READ ALL CONTENT BEFORE REGISTERING.

As information is updated and available it will be posted here. Please check back frequently.

A modified Spring season registration is now open. Spring registration will look different from other years with a more fluid approach and may require combining age groups/players in some situtations as need to ensure the fullest possible player participation. All players will be registered to the wait list and placed as numbers allow. Registering to the wait list will create a message that says the "Age group is full or closed". Please ignore that messaging and proceed to register to the wait list. Using the wait list allows us to offer registration without collecting fees until team placement has been ensured.Team formation will be all based on field availability, COVID infection rates, and adequate numbers to form teams.  No teams will be formed any earlier than Feb 8 and could be as late as late March.

We understand families may be taking a "wait and see" approach to registration but we are encouraging that you register as soon as possible so we can best accomodate families. Waiting may result in lack of space on desired teams/age groups. As the season solidifies we will update the community with our return to play plan for Spring season offering a chance to opt out if they are not comfortable.

COVID protocol, as set forth by the state and federal guidelines, will be enforced at all times, no exceptions. Players or parents not following all mandatory COVID procedure will not be allowed to participate and refunds will not be issues for disagreement with COVID procedure. Safety is our number one priority.

Season dates may also change extending the season for some age groups into June to accomodate field shortages.

Please fully read program information to ensure playing this season makes sense for your family.

1- All participants will be required to wear masks at practices / games.  No exceptions.
2- Practice and game attendance by parents and other spectators will be guided by OHA risk level. Current OYSA policy is no spectators.  No exceptions.
3- Practice / Game time frames will be scheduled to allow movement of individuals on and off the field to reduce contact between other teams.
4- Besides Players/Coaches/Referees, all locations will have COVID monitors to ensure all Back to Play Requirements are followed.  These individuals will be empowered to cancel practice/games if requirements are not followed.
5- Field Availability can/will be affected by Beaverton School District and Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District ability to provide them for any reason.
6- Spring Practice normally would start March 29 and end May 21 but this could be delayed/extended due to field availability. Dates will be published as they are available.
7- Spring Games normally would start April 3 and end May 22 but this also could be delayed/extended due to field availability. Dates will be published as they are available.
