MILLTOWN ROCKED PGE PARK OPENING NIGHT!!

WOW, what a great time Milltown and their families had at the Timbers opening night April 17th!  We had nearly 500 Milltown’ers show up for this sold out event.

All our kids had the opportunity to get ON THE FIELD and participate in various activities.  We watched the Timbers defeat the Rhino’s 1-0 in the final minutes.  After the game lots of kids went down and got thier Milltown jersey’s and other items autographed by the Timber players.  Timber Joey was one of the most saught after autographs and he, and the rest of the team, were gracious with their time and attention to our kids.   Thank you Timber players and Timber Joey!

Due to the HUGE success of this event, we will probably do the same thing next season, opening night of MLS!!!

A HUGE "Thank you" to Kyle Vetch of the Timbers, Milltown’ers:  Susan Witt, Tony Secker, Kellie King, Linda Riley, Lori Secker, Blaire and her friends, Stacey Ufer, Jason McMillen, and all the othe other volunteers and parents that made the night the success it was.
